Rooted Reset · 30-day guided practice

The 30 days
The 30 days run in six phases
At the end of each phase, you make a small update to your Ground Plan.
- Days 1 to 3
Notice
Observe breath, tension, energy, and routines without judging what you find.
- Days 4 to 7
Experiment
Try brief breath and movement resets, and name one person who supports you.
- Days 8 to 14
Interrupt
Use short practices during stress, transitions, and tired moments.
- Days 15 to 21
Reconnect
Add realistic nourishment, movement, and connection choices.
- Days 22 to 27
Stabilize
Build a morning, midday, and evening rhythm, plus a plan for hard days.
- Days 28 to 30
Continue
Reflect, complete your Ground Plan, and choose your next step.
To complete Rooted Reset, you take part and reflect on what you notice. We don't expect you to do every practice perfectly, and we can't promise a specific health outcome.

Questions
Rooted Reset FAQ
How much time does it take?
Most daily practices take 3 to 10 minutes. There's also one live group session each week.
What's the difference between the free Basics guides and the full books?
The free Basics guides introduce each pillar with a few practices. The full books come with Rooted Reset and include every chapter, more practices and adaptations, practice logs, and the research behind each practice.
Do I need to share my personal history?
No. What you share, and how much, is always up to you. You can take part fully by listening. Community agreements protect everyone's privacy.
Do I have to be on camera during live sessions?
No. You can keep your camera off, use the chat, or just listen.
What if I miss a few days?
Start again from where you are. We expect everyone to miss days, and part of your Ground Plan is deciding what you'll do after one. We don't publicly track or rank members.
Can I adapt the movement practices?
Yes. Every movement practice has a seated or lower-intensity option. The intake form asks about access needs so the facilitator can plan for them.
Is this therapy or medical care?
No. Rooted Reset is an educational group program. It doesn't diagnose or treat any condition, and your own medical and mental-health providers stay in charge of your care. Stop any practice that causes pain, dizziness, distress, or worsening symptoms, and seek professional support.
What happens after 30 days?
You can continue in paid Rooted Practice, move into Reclaim the Body, or stay connected through the free Rooted Commons community. You can also stop there.
When can I attend a retreat?
Once you've completed at least 30 days in paid Rooted Practice. Time in Rooted Commons alone doesn't count toward retreat eligibility.
