Reclaim the Body · 8 weeks
Eight weeks of deeper, body-first practice

The eight weeks
One pillar at a time, then all four together
Each week ends with something practical you keep: a menu of practices, a plan, or an update to My Ground Plan.
- Week 1 · All four
Orientation and noticing sensations
You leave with a personal baseline and your own consent boundaries.
- Week 2 · Breathe
Breath and attention
You leave with a breath practice menu and adaptations that suit you.
- Week 3 · Movement
Movement at your own pace
You leave with a gentle movement rhythm and Golden 8 options.
- Week 4 · Nutrition
Nourishment and energy
You leave with a realistic plan for ordinary and low-energy days.
- Week 5 · Connection
Relationship and support
You leave with a connection inventory, boundary practice, and support plan.
- Week 6 · All four
Integration
You leave with a morning, midday, and evening rhythm.
- Week 7 · All four
Setbacks and repair
You leave with a plan for pain, fatigue, stress, missed practice, and coming back.
- Week 8 · All four
Continuity and contribution
You leave with an updated Ground Plan and a decision about what comes next.
How we teach it
You can adapt every part of the program
- Weekly teaching with guided practice
- Seated, lower-intensity, and pause options wherever they apply
- Golden 8 Qigong in standing and seated versions
- A clear line between education, self-directed practice, and clinical care
- Tracking that looks at what you notice and how consistent you are, without ranking you against other members
Best after Rooted Reset
We recommend taking Reclaim the Body after Rooted Reset, when you already know the basics and My Ground Plan. If you haven't done Rooted Reset yet, start there.
About Rooted ResetWhat completion means
Finishing Reclaim the Body prepares you for ongoing practice in Rooted Practice, and it can be a first step toward the Guide role. It doesn't certify you to teach, lead groups, or give clinical instruction.
